Yes, all Howler-branded mountain bike frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
What is your return policy for technical riding apparel?
We accept returns on all unworn apparel with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or protective body armor.
Can I track my shipment once it leaves the warehouse?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
